• Monday–Friday: Orders placed before 2 PM qualify for same-day delivery in Muncie, Yorktown, & Selma.
• Saturday: Orders must be placed before 10 AM
• Sunday: We accept orders for delivery on Sunday for funerals and special requests. Please call to make arrangements in advance if you require delivery on Sunday.
• Some surrounding rural areas have an earlier same day delivery cutoff.
• We will sometimes make exceptions to our same day cutoff policy. Please call to confirm availability if you are ordering past our same day cutoff times.

• Deliveries to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and local clinics are made during standard operating hours and are always left with hospital staff at the front desk. From there hospital staff ensure delivery to the patients room.
• Funeral deliveries are typically scheduled to arrive 1–2 hours prior to visitation when time permits. We understand last minute ordering happens and we will make every effort to get late orders delivered prior to visitation.
• Ball State University deliveries may be left at residence hall desks or administrative offices depending on campus policy

• If weather is permitting and the location appears safe for the flowers, our drivers will tag the recipients door and leave the flowers in a safe place.
• If weather does not permit and it is not safe to leave the flowers our driver will still tag the door and will return to the shop with the flowers. We will then wait to be notified that the recipient is now home and will re-deliver.
• If your order is placed online and we are unable to complete delivery you will be notified of our delivery attempt via email. At this point if you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out.
