In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Paul Davis Flower Shop has provided trusted local flower and gift delivery in Muncie, Indiana, and surrounding communities since 1945. All orders are hand-delivered with care by our local delivery team.

Delivery Availability and Order Cutoff Times

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday are eligible for same-day delivery within Muncie, Yorktown, and Selma.

Same-day cutoff times may be earlier for rural communities and locations farther from our shop. Same-day delivery is unavailable for Mount Summit, Modoc, New Castle, and Anderson.

We may occasionally accommodate orders placed after the applicable cutoff time. Please call (765) 288-0269 to confirm availability before placing a time-sensitive order.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery

Sunday delivery may be available for funeral services and approved special requests. Please call the shop in advance to discuss arrangements. Sunday delivery is not guaranteed without prior approval.

Hospitals and Medical Facilities

Deliveries to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital and local medical facilities are made during their standard operating hours. Hospital deliveries are left with authorized staff at the designated reception or delivery area. Hospital personnel are responsible for completing delivery to the patient’s room.

Delivery is subject to each facility’s current policies, including restrictions related to patient status, unit access, and permitted floral products.

Funeral and Memorial Deliveries

When sufficient notice is provided, funeral and memorial orders are generally scheduled to arrive one to two hours before visitation.

We understand that funeral orders are sometimes placed with limited notice. Although a specific arrival time cannot always be guaranteed for late orders, we will make every reasonable effort to complete delivery before the visitation or service begins.

Ball State University Deliveries

Deliveries to Ball State University may be left at a residence hall desk, administrative office, or another location designated by the university. The final delivery location is determined by current campus and building-access policies.

Please provide the recipient’s full name, residence hall or department, room number when applicable, and a working telephone number.

When the Recipient Is Unavailable

If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will evaluate the weather, the property, and the safety of leaving the order.

• If conditions are suitable and a secure location is available, the driver may leave the order in a protected area and place a delivery notice on the recipient’s door.

• If weather or site conditions could damage the order or make unattended delivery unsafe, the driver will leave a delivery notice and return the order to the shop.

• Once we are notified that the recipient is available, we will arrange another delivery attempt.

• If an online order cannot be completed, the purchaser will receive an email notifying them of the attempted delivery.

Providing a correct delivery address and a working telephone number for the recipient helps us complete delivery promptly.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
