Our delivery fees are calculated based on zip codes. We believe in transparency, so there are no hidden costs. Delivery fees and area availability may change during high volume/narrow delivery windows like Valentine's Day.

Delivery Policies

Deliveries are made during business hours. Specific time requests are noted and accommodated to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed due to the nature of our service.

Orders for delivery to funeral services are always delivered promptly in accordance with the timing of the funeral services. It is considered an industry best practice to have the flowers delivered before the family arrives which is typically an hour before the visitation is scheduled to begin. We strive to deliver before that. (For example, if visitation begins at 11 AM, the family will arrive around 10 AM, We plan to deliver around 9 AM.)

In cases where the recipient is not available, we will leave the arrangement if weather permits and it is safe to do so, or we will tag the recipient's door and arrange re-delivery at a more convenient time for the recipient. We make the delivery process stress-free for you and your recipient, that's the difference when you order your flowers with Paul's.

  • How can I track my flower delivery? While we do not have any way for real-time delivery tracking, once your order has been delivered we mark it in our system as delivered and if you ordered from our website you will be updated immediately via email or text that your order was delivered.

  • What happens if the recipient is not at home? Weather permitting we will leave your delivery in a safe place or in rare instances with approval we may leave your order with a neighbor. Our drivers are instructed to tag the recipient's doors with the delivery date & time as well as our shop information in case the recipient needs to get in touch.

  • Do you deliver on weekends? Yes, we offer weekend deliveries. We are open on Saturdays and deliver during our regular business hours. While we are closed on Sundays we will make deliveries for funerals or other special occasions as needed.
